1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service, consultation, product, or download offered by Suitable Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide business-system consulting, digital frameworks, and related templates.
Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise stated. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are outlined in each client proposal, invoice, or engagement letter.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely access to requested materials.
Respect stated timelines for intake forms, reviews, and feedback.
Use deliverables only for their own internal business purposes unless a written license extension is granted.
4. Fees and Payments
All prices are in USD. Deposits are due before scheduling a Discovery Session or beginning project work. Remaining balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise noted.
Payments are accepted via ACH, credit/debit card, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur a 2 % monthly service charge.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Discovery or Readiness Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future project if cancellation occurs before work begins.
6. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, templates, and system documentation remain the intellectual property of Suitable Solutions LLC.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for their own business operations.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive information confidential.
We do not disclose client data except as required by law or with written consent.
8. Disclaimer
Our systems and templates are educational and operational tools, not legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Clients are responsible for obtaining independent legal or regulatory guidance as needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suitable Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Data Privacy
We collect and store minimal information necessary to deliver services and maintain communication.
